We are happy for CSOFA customers to take away purchased furniture using their own transport. However in recognition that many of our customers either do not have their own transport or would have diffculty lifting large items of furniture we also offer a delivery service to our customers.

Deliveries can usually be made within 48 hours and are charged at the following rates:

Cambridge City:

£10 for a normal load (Up to 3 large items or 5 smaller items)

£15 for a large load (More than 3 large items or more than 5 smaller items)

South Cambridgeshire:

£15 for a normal load

£20 for a large load

All other areas:

£20 for a normal load

£25 for a large load

Items can be collected using your own transport, but this must take place within 48 hours of sale. CSOFA has very limited space to store stock and space is constantly needed for new stock. Items not collected within two days will therefore be charged an additional £5 for every extra day. If not collected within 5 days the sale will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Delivered items will be carried into your property and placed where you wish by our van crews. Please note however that our van crews will not move around your other furniture and that any items (such as bed frames) which require dismantling to deliver will not be re-assembled by our van crew.
