Client Information Leaflet

If you work for an agency that provides support to individuals or families in need and you have a client who you think would benefit from Cambridge SOFA’s service then you have two options:

1) you can “signpost” your client to CSOFA, or

2) you can make an agency referral using one of our agency referral forms.

The first of these is appropriate if you think your client is fully able to register him / herself (including providing necessary proof of low income). The second option is appropriate if, for example:

- you think your client needs your support to register and/or visit CSOFA,

- if your agency is going to be funding purchases for your client,

- if your client is still awaiting confirmation of benefits

Please note that we are only able to formal, signed agency referrals made using one of our completed CSOFA agency referral forms. These can be downloaded from this page, or you can complete one when you visit with your client.
